What is a super point?
It is a loyalty point earning that can be redeemed.

How does super points work for the customer?
Super points can be redeemed for local call charges, SMS, GPRS & selected airtel products/services.
* In future the super points will be extended for merchant tie-ups as well.

How to start earning airtel super points?
Customer has to make a minimum of 2 minutes outgoing calls for the day, to start receiving super points.
* Call to non-airtel number (Dialog/Mobitel/Etisalat/Hutch/SLT/Lanka Bell/Suntel) or a IDD call

How does the customer earn super points?
After the above eligibility has been met, the customer will start receiving 25 super points per minute on every,
non-Airtel & IDD incoming call for the next 24 hours.

1 super point = 1 cent

- Super points are calculated for the next 24 hours.
– To earn points daily, customers have to meet the criteria on daily basis.
– The total point earnings of a given day is valid for 30 days ahead.
– Super points are calculated on pro-rate basis on actual duration in seconds.
– Super points are offered on real time basis .

Prepaid

How can the prepaid customer check his super points balance ?
- Customers are notified with auto pushed SMS after disconnecting each eligible incoming call.
- Dial *550# and then receive a confirmation SMS
What is the validity of super points?
Every super point will be valid for 30 days from the date of earning.

Postpaid

How can the post paid customer redeem his super points?
Super point redemption will be reflected in the monthly bill.
- Super points are calculated from the 1st to the 30th of each month & will be reflected on the customer’s bill as a redemption.
How can the post paid customer check his accumulated super points ?
- He will have to check it by himself on his bill, It will reflect on his bill under the bill description Super Point Earnings.
